Diplomas of Management to Regional Leaders in Disability and Employment Services

David Bradford Principal Consultant and Angela Rea Director of The DaVange Group recently completed training in the Diploma of Management for the Community Solutions Group. In association with Guardian Training Services and The Endeavour Business College, DaVange delivered this highly contextulaised training over the course of 9 mths and this has resulted in 30 Managers working in Disability and Employment Services receiving their Diplomas and Cert IVs in Front Line Management.

Historic First for Foster Care Training

DaVange Training have delivered an historic first by sourceing funding for the provision of accredited training to foster carers. “Foster Carers are volunteers and therefore they are often over looked when it comes to accredited training and funding” Rob Ryan Qld Director Key Assets.

DaV’ange in partnership with Foster Care Queensland has used superior networking and negotiation skills to broker an Australian first. Funding for 65 places has been allocated through the Bremer Institute of TAFE for delivery of the Certificate IV in Community Services Work. Training will commence in March 2013.

DaV’ange Training gets the tick of approval
On 20 Feb 2013 DaV’ange Training was awarded co-provider status with the Bremer Institute of TAFE. This vote of confidence and startegic alliance will allow DaV’ange to bring further value and flexibility to clients through the provision of VRG funded training and accredited training through a very well recognised entity.
